News221 – Les affaires bougent dans le dossier Adji Sarr Ousmane Sonko. Les avocats du leader de Pastef, Ousmane Sonko, avaient introduit un appel contre l’ordonnance de renvoi et de mise en accusation du Doyen des juges, Oumar Maham Diallo, devant la Chambre d’accusation. Libération informe que celle-ci va statuer le 9 février prochain.
D’après le journal, les conseils de l’opposant ont été déjà informés hier vendredi de l’aboutissement de leur requête.
Le 17 janvier dernier, le Doyen des juges a renvoyé l’opposant Ousmane Sonko, accusé par l’ex-masseuse Adji Sarr, et la propriétaire du salon Sweet Beauty, Ndeye Khady Ndiaye, devant les Chambres criminelles. Le premier pour viol et menaces de mort, et la seconde pour incitation à la débauche, diffusion d’images contraires aux bonnes mœurs et complicité de viol, pour la seconde. Ce, à la suite du réquisitoire du Parquet en date du 30 décembre 2022.
Pour rappel, le Parquet avait chargé les 2 mis en cause dans ses observations suite à l’avis de clôture envoyé par le magistrat instructeur. Les 2 parties vont croiser le fer et rien ne semble pouvoir arrêter la machine.
